Vice-ChairmanMarketing Manager

As a vice-chair you are co-responsible for the day to day leadership of your team, finances and documentation/administration.


  • Chair’s right hand (wo)man (stepping in for the chair whenever he/she is not available; continuously discussing team progress in light of strategy and goals; co-responsible for external network, especially from a financial standpoint; attracting new partners, sponsors, funding, subsidies for your team)
  • Enactus’s finances (making budget plans; financial administration and reports; keeping track of the board’s incomes and expenses; handling declarations and taxes; publishing annual report)
  • Projects’ finances (monitoring finance managers of projects; overview project bank accounts; offering support in making budget plans and reports; guiding financial year closings of each project)
  • Documentation (take minutes/notes during meetings; keep up with general team-email; scan and document important files; structure administration according to audit criteria)


  • 20 hours per week
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English



Marketing Manager


As a Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the online and offline image of your Enactus team, and you thrive to create a larger brand awareness for Enactus.


  • General Marketing – Enactus team (draw up marketing and social media plan, keep social media updated, maintenance of website, graphic design of content, directing and sending information to members, alumni and partners, keep an up-to-date press list)
  • Marketing for the purpose of events (communicate on and generate attention for organized events)
  • Marketing for the purpose of recruitment (planning marketing during recruitment period, planning lecture talks, designing and spreading merchandise/marketing materials, think creatively in using marketing for the recruitment purposes)


  • 12 hours per week
  • Fluent in English (Dutch not required)
Events Manager

As an event manager, you are responsible for organizing internal and external events to connect, evolve and develop your members, brand awareness, and maximize recruitment opportunities.


  • Organizing internal events (draw up and communicate year agenda for events, organizing team meetings, organizing informal team activities)
  • Organizing external events with the purpose of marketing your team and projects
  • Administration & evaluation of events (evaluating events to learn lessons)


  • 12 hours per week
  • Fluent in English (Dutch not required)
